I don't know if you found your answer, but I have recently joined this group and read your question and wanted to know what it was about...so found a website "TIE Commerce Inc." and they had a question submit so I asked what is involved in getting a EDI & UCC128 compliant and below is what was sent to me...

You may already have the answer or this might be another road to explore down???? hope the 411 helps? and it's not too late.

I would like to follow up with you on your request for information on EDI and UCC128 compliance. Many traders partners require EDI compliance, which is basically an industry standard for transmitting electronic documents (Purchase Orders, Invoices, etc.).
