New season of project runway begins tonight.
My all time favorite Project Runway contestant "winner" is Mondo. I love everything about him! he was the best.
Project Runway had their season 10 wrap party last week. You can see a few photos at the Project Runway Season 10 Wrap Party blog post on the Fashion Blogger website.
August 30th on Project Runway, Lord & Taylor announced the launch of the first-ever Project Runway Collection. Exclusive to Lord & Taylor, the collection is comprised of cocktail and evening dresses that represent the best of Project Runway’s past ten seasons, with one dress created by a notable designer from each season. The winning dress for season ten, created by designer Christopher Palu, was revealed during last night’s episode.

Lord & Taylor announces an exclusive partnership with Lifetime’s hit show, Project Runway, for the tenth anniversary season. The partnership includes an exclusive retail sponsorship for the season and a comprehensive integrated marketing program.
As part of the retailer’s sponsorship, the show will feature a custom-built “accessory wall” with a well-edited assortment of Lord & Taylor’s shoes, handbags and accessories, which contestants will use to complete their looks during each challenge. For season ten, Lord & Taylor will host a never-before-done challenge at its Fifth Avenue flagship to air Thursday, August 30th. As part of the grand prize, the retailer will offer the winner of Project Runway the opportunity to sell their collection at the store.
Lord & Taylor and Project Runway have collaborated to create a comprehensive integrated marketing program that includes both online and in-store activations. Exclusive content from each episode and interviews will be available on www.lordandtaylor.com and Lord & Taylor's social media platforms. Lord & Taylor will bring the show to life in its iconic Fifth Avenue windows and in store. Additionally, the store will host appearances from past and present Project Runway contestants for Fashion's Night Out this year.
Project runway casting call. That time again...
Here is a project runway flier about the casting call.

The season finale of "Project Runway" airs tonight. Three of the four finalists will have their dreams crushed and get the dreaded kiss-off from Heidi Klum (better her than Michael Kors!).
Click on the "Launch Gallery" button to see all four finalist's collections and see who we predict will be the last designer standing. Then tell toofab if you agree with our picks!
All season long, Viktor has been flying under the radar. His productivity has unmatched -- often producing multiple pieces when others designers struggled to complete just one look.
His final collection may lack the colors of his competitors, but is still bold. His mirror image prints (inspired from Mexico) create a gorgeous Rosarch effect. His attention to detail -- exemplified in his zipper leather skirt and pearl jacket -- is unmatched.
Prediction: Winner
Anya Ayoung-Chee
It's no surprise that the Trinidad and Tobago native Anya went with a print-heavy resort wear line. Her clothes are flowing and feminine -- she definitely knows how to flatter a women's body. The tailoring issues that have plagued her all season don't appear evident from the runway photos. Our only criticism -- her collection seems very one-note. The judges have shown they favor finalists who can present a range (just ask Laura Bennett).
Prediction: Runner-up
Joshua McKinley
For awhile, it seemed that producers kept Joshua around because he was good TV. He tore into his enemies and talked behind the backs of his friends. He may have a temper, but he's also very talented. His collection is definitely very showy. We love the modern silhouettes and material choices. That being said, taste is still an issue (he went with this horrible print despite Tim Gunn's warnings) and these shorts are just unwearable.
Prediction: Second runner-up
Kimberly Goldson
We love the urban chic point-of-view Kimberly had all season. Her collection, however, was a bit of a hodgepodge. On top of that, the palette didn't excite us and this fabric in particular looked really cheap. That being said, no one can sew a pair of pants like Kimberly. All of her pairs, from these high-waisted pants to capris, fit like a dream.
Prediction: Eliminated before Fashion Week
