The season finale of "Project Runway" airs tonight. Three of the four finalists will have their dreams crushed and get the dreaded kiss-off from Heidi Klum (better her than Michael Kors!).
Click on the "Launch Gallery" button to see all four finalist's collections and see who we predict will be the last designer standing. Then tell toofab if you agree with our picks!
All season long, Viktor has been flying under the radar. His productivity has unmatched -- often producing multiple pieces when others designers struggled to complete just one look.
His final collection may lack the colors of his competitors, but is still bold. His mirror image prints (inspired from Mexico) create a gorgeous Rosarch effect. His attention to detail -- exemplified in his zipper leather skirt and pearl jacket -- is unmatched.
Prediction: Winner
Anya Ayoung-Chee
It's no surprise that the Trinidad and Tobago native Anya went with a print-heavy resort wear line. Her clothes are flowing and feminine -- she definitely knows how to flatter a women's body. The tailoring issues that have plagued her all season don't appear evident from the runway photos. Our only criticism -- her collection seems very one-note. The judges have shown they favor finalists who can present a range (just ask Laura Bennett).
Prediction: Runner-up
Joshua McKinley
For awhile, it seemed that producers kept Joshua around because he was good TV. He tore into his enemies and talked behind the backs of his friends. He may have a temper, but he's also very talented. His collection is definitely very showy. We love the modern silhouettes and material choices. That being said, taste is still an issue (he went with this horrible print despite Tim Gunn's warnings) and these shorts are just unwearable.
Prediction: Second runner-up
Kimberly Goldson
We love the urban chic point-of-view Kimberly had all season. Her collection, however, was a bit of a hodgepodge. On top of that, the palette didn't excite us and this fabric in particular looked really cheap. That being said, no one can sew a pair of pants like Kimberly. All of her pairs, from these high-waisted pants to capris, fit like a dream.
Prediction: Eliminated before Fashion Week
Anya is has been my fav this season, love her designs she is doing great even with her lack of sewing experience. I would love to buy & wear her clothing. Also like Viktor & Kimberly but I hope she steps it up, she has alot of talent needs to have more confidence in her abilities. She should take a hint from Viktor, he very confident, heh. Love this show!!!
