Coastal Printworks, Inc., a family-owned tee shirt screen printing shop, celebrates its 25th Anniversary this year. The significance of lasting 25 years in the tee shirt screen printing industry is indeed impressive. To have lasted 25 years in the same location, with the majority of its original staff is a true landmark event. Coastal Printworks’ owners Bob and Laura Sarley have successfully reached this milestone.

Still in its original North Hollywood location since opening in 1985, almost the entire original staff is still with the company. Jim Dorsey, Coastal Printworks Director of Sales and Marketing, sees a direct connection between the company’s rare longevity and its high employee retention rate.
