Models needed for Style Off Competition-NYC @ The Stand Hotel NYC Feb 19th

The participating stylists will be challenged to create a look from the participating designer collections at the Popup Showroom Event, that is running concurrently with The Style Off Competition.

Event Details 

Location: The Strand Hotel, 33 West 37 Street, New York, NY, 10018 
Date: February 19, 2012 
Time: 3:00-7:00 pm 
Arrival Time: by 3:00pm 

Designer/Model assignment: 4:00pm - 5:00pm; You will receive an one assigned designer that you will have to use in your completed look. You will be able to use any other designer samples to mix with your assigned designer's samples. You will be assigned a model, at this time. 

Style Off: 5:00pm-6:00pm, complete your look 

Photo Op: 6:00pm -7:00pm, photographs of completed looks 

Retailer Questions: 6:00pm - 7:00pm, attending retailers will have a chance to ask the stylist questions regarding completed looks. 

Bonus Freestyle Look: 7:00pm-8:00pm; If you bring a model to the "Style Off" Competition, you will be allowed a Freestyle Look with your model, for photo opportunities. This look will not be a part of the competition. 

Competition: 

The competing stylist will be assigned a designer and model to utilize for the competition. Your designer could be a clothing designer, jewelry designer, shoe designer, etc. You are allowed to use samples from other designers, but you are required to use your assigned designer. You will be given one hour to complete a look on your model. The event photographer will take photos of all stylist's completed looks. After the event, the photos will be posted on our and our sponsoring partner's social media sites for our subscribers to vote for their favorite look, within a designated time frame. The stylist look that receives the most votes will be declared the winner. 

Winner Perks: 

Photos of your winning look to use on your website's for promotional purposes 
Winner announcement on all of our websites and blog and our partner's websites and blogs. Emailed winner announcement to approx. 10,000 fashion industry professional reach, including Hearst and Conde Nast contacts!
