Is it easy becoming a fashion model?

Heck no !!! To be honest with you, when I walk down the streets in New York, I see at least a few girls each week that have potential to be a model. Along with competition, comes difficutly. To compound the matter, you should really think about the fact that you are competing not only with New York, but Miami and LA. Wow, you have your work cut out for you...

The trick is having the combination of good looks, great personality, and a boat load of luck. In my opinion, you truly need all three if you wish to become a professional model.

Actually, I want to throw one more trait into the mix. You have to have a strong desire to succeed.

Do you have any other modeling tips? Tell me, what do you think is required to be a "professional" model. Not just a one time gig, but a real modeling career.

Everybody is talking that to skiny models is no good, but still potential have only those girls who is young and skiny? What about girl like me? I'm tall (180cm), have good look, have nice body, but in agency they told me that I'm too old (I'm almost 25 years old) and my body proportions is not 90/60/90, they a bit biger but it's look wonderful becouse I'm realy tall and if I would be a 90/60/90 I would look terible skiny. All my friends and lot off photographers told me that I should try modeling. So what kind of possibilitys I have?

Is it easy NO!!! main reason most will never be willing to put in the work it takes to be a professional model and the rest fall for all the models scams. Anyone can model on some level just look at uglyny.com for a start.
