Hi Teri

I really like your website -- I have done some fabric painting in the past, but haven't taken it up again for years now.  You have inspired me!

I would like to give you my personal email so we can be in touch and perhaps backlink?

I have to comment on a fantastic new book, "The Party Dress Book," that is a must for the home sewer and young (or any) designer. It fits with Sewing Stitches and Seams Guide (French seams) and Home Sewing Patterns (It includes a pattern for a party dress!) Mary Adams, the author, not only writes about her process as a creative dressmaker, how she came to her art, her different techniques including layering colors, piecing fabric, over-stitching and applique, but she also relates the history of fashion design to her work. This book is very fun to read and it's an inspiration to anyone who is interested in design and fashion. (oh yeah, you can find it on amazon.com)
