I know you are looking for someone in NY, we are not in NY but in USA in Minnesota.
If you have fabrics available and patterns - having production samples done in 2-3 weeks will be no problem.

Hi.
My name is Indra from Bali. I could make a dress with a pattern of Tye dye which can rarely be made by other people.
I guarantee if you make in my company, most likely someone else is difficult to imitate.Because using secret formulas and good human resources.I send some samples picture to you.
If you have motif do you want make i can make it.
I guarantee sewing,quality and difficulty level patterns.

Hi Chelsea I'm a designer living here in New York and I have afew resources that can make your Pre pros or Pro samples give me a call if your still in need!...I don't believe in overseas production you need to be able too oversee and manage your work especially if your a small company!
