Okay, this will stop you cold in your tracks...I graduated from FIDM in '78. Loved it - but it was in its infancy, and I am so happy to see that it has become the force I knew it would be. I worked in the industry during the 80's & 90's (California Apparel News, Sasson Jeans), then walked away, and now I so want to get back! I noticed on FIDM's website there is sort of a continuing education section. Think I might just have to check it out. For now, I am working on my portfolio - when I went to FIDM there was no illustration - you either were design or merchandising. Anyway, so glad to see this group on this site (I'm brand new to the site).
