First of all, please find in this link a list of fashion trade shows in your area. Check them out and compare what they cost vs. what they offer.

If you can afford traveling to NYC, Capsule is a good and effective show. Pool, in DLD's Magic in Vegas is also very good

Other than that, I would naturally like to recommend www.senseofashion.com - the marketplace for fashion designers. I founded it, and it gives you a free platform to showcase and sell, with great exposure of hundreds of thousands of visits a months across the US and the rest of the world
