Good points. I think credibility, will not be significant problem. The goal would be to have designers attend the show that are at various levels of experience. Frankly, some designers will be terrible and others will be absolutely amazing. We will be honest with designers, publicists, and the media that this event is a platform for designers of all levels. We will be "credible" due to the mere fact that we are truly honest regarding our intentions (our intention is help designers). If we do put on this event, it will be pure as pure can be... It will allow designers the freedom that they may not be able to obtain at other events. If students or any other designer is skeptical, they are not required to follow our dream... All are welcome, and equally, anyone may decline the offer to attend... It is OK for people to be skeptical about the event. Even I am a bit skeptical..

Lets not rely too much on the economy. I think this event will be beneficial to designers in both good times and bad.
