Money for heat transfer, screen printing, and clothing manufacturers! help me please!

I own Catura Corsa clothing and i have done a full run of first shirts, i need a much cheaper price for heat transfer and screen printing. I also need a clothing manufacturer who can sew my shirts. Please, someone point me in the right direction! i have been getting jipped on prices big time.
