Fashion Internships- Where to find them?

Hi, does anyone have any suggestions on where to find fashion design internships for non-students. I currently work in advertising for a media company, but have always had a steady passion for Fashion Design am serious about getting back on track. My last formal training in fashion, sewing, etc was about 10 years ago in high school, although I have thought myself quite a bit over the years. Does anyone have any advice on where to find informal but "real" training without having to enroll back in school. I would be willing to take unpaid internships as I am currently working and not really seeking income as much as I am the experience and training.
