Designer looking for somebody to make designs

We might be able to work with you if you were in the USA.  But it's extremely difficult to execute the manufacturing of a clothing line without being in the same area.  It requires a lot of work to get the patterns just right.  The designer and patternmaker should be able to meet in person.  That's just my opinion.
