Where to find Northwest fabric wholesalers?

My wife has started a small clothing line. We have been searching for a fabric wholesaler in the Pacific northwest and besides Jo-Anne and Hancock we haven't had much luck, Besides your ever-present quilting suppliers.

So where does someone go to find quality fabrics, especially silks?

We are in the Seattle/Tacoma area but are willing to travel to find that special fabric.

The guys on Project Runway seem to know where to go, how come we cant?
