Hello all!! I am currently looking/interviewing for a sales rep position for my brand; as I am ready to start getting regional and national retail accounts. What are some things that would be important for me (as a first time designer looking for sales rep) to ask during the interview process?

I know the basics: do you have sales exp, have you acquired retail accts for designers in the past, what type of apparel are you accustomed to pitching etc....

BUT I really want to be sure to land a great,dependable rep that will really put in the effort to take my brand to the next level...and I feel that certain questions can help and decipher their actual sales experience/knowledge of the retail/wholesale industries...

If you guys can think of any notes or great questions to ask a potential sales rep, please comment on this post!!
