What is the process for women shoes manufacturing ?

I'm working on my new business for manufacture women shoes; basically i need any help concerning the process i should follow to complete this business successfully; from where i can get shoes designs? what is the process for shoes designing; is it just drawings and the factory will produce it ?!! or shall i use a specific software like autoCAD or something? and advices for the process as whole ?! i really need help; i will be grateful indeed.
