1. Fitness Mantra: Alia Bhatta believes that a 45 minute workout daily is a must.

2. Cardio & Weights: The actress's workout includes a mix of cardiovascular activities that helps shed those extra kilos and also, helps the muscles grow.

3. Diet: The superstar's diet includes eggs, chicken or poha for breakfast. Papayas, oranges or apples for a snack meal. Dalia, boiled veggies, skimmed curd and 2 roti's for lunch.  A cup of coffee (suger-free) in the evening. And one vegetable with roasted fish or chicken, along with 1 chapati or a bowl of rice for dinner.

4. Skin Secrets: Alia Bhatt believes in pampering her skin with all-natural things. She drinks a lot of water that helps her skin glow. She also applies a mixture of multani mitti and raw milk on her face for better looking skin.
