Hey guys! I'm in immediate need for a store house near to my boutique. Since the location of my boutique is quite in the middle of the city, there are no warehouses available nearby. However, I do not intend to spend extra on daily transport from far off warehouses to my boutique. Hence, I'm planning to construct one attached to my boutique, so that it's more convenient. Is it right to do so? Has anyone here have such attached warehouses? However, I will have to get a construction mortgage for this, if I'm fixing on this plan.
