Vintage Fashion. What does the future hold? How do high street copies affect the individuality of vintage?

Ok, I would love some opinions on this subject whether you love or hate vintage fashion! Is it hard to be original now vintage has become so popular? Would you rather buy new versions on the high street? There is only so much vintage in the world so what happens when we run out? How do you seek individuality and what classes as vintage anyway? All views welcome!!
