The Do's and Dont's of Women's Plus Size Fabrics?

Hello all takers,

I thought it would be fun to open a discussion about plus size women's choice of fabric. Although I deal in customer service, I can't seem to get a sense of what type fabrics are most loved and or which ones are hated and why.

On one hand I tend to think that cotton is preferable because the fabric breathes and is generally cooler to wear however the care of cotton is not as easy as poly/cotton or poly/spandex blends.

What do you think?
