as i view many topics and discussions, it amazes me to see that no one at least directly refers to this section even though its the most important part from idea to actual product invention. In other words, "thought to actual physical sample of acceptable initial allowance"
being in this business for 21 years, i have seen many Factories which use the same old House rules of manufacturing ( its not their fault, they are not designers ) but with a new cosmetic spin after the invention of email and web services.
if you are a designer and after all the sales talk ... and about a few hundred emails to and fro...wait for the day your sample/s to show up and finally see how it doesn't look or feel...as you envisioned, and mainly it FITS terribly....you have some...some...idea of what i am talking out.
what you need is a perfect and complete Product Parcel i.e. Production Package with all technical details that will "help" your chosen Supplier i.e. Production Factory...to safely deliver you a product you want. This is possible and its quite simple.
Just have a complete Production Parcel made so that your Factory can do all there is, to deliver you with a product that meets your satisfaction.
