If you have questions or answers regarding the Sidewalk Catwalk, please voice your thoughts. I have a few questions... For example, who pays for those security guards that I see standing their each day watching the mannequins... Who selected the designers? Did the designers have to pay to participate? (after all, it is pretty good advertising...)
