Seeking Ladieswear & Handbag Manufacturers with low MOQ

I am in the process of setting up my own resortwear label and looking for manufacturers who can produce small quantities (20-50 pcs per style). Products: kaftans, knitted and woven maxi dresses, sarongs, scarves, straw and canvas tote bags and evening clutch bags. I will be designing some of my own prints. Appreciate any leads and am open to using suppliers from around the globe, not just Asia. Thanks.
