Sample shoe maker for hire!

Hello Everyone! I am in the leather accessories industry and am currently looking for a woman's shoe sample maker in the Los Angeles area to make first samples and production. I am also looking for the actual forms used to make women's shoes size 6.5 - 9. I have only been able to find the shoe forms in Europe or Mexico. Anyone know of any contacts here in Los Angeles?
