Questions about opening boutique and where getting certain wholesale clothing??(independent designers)

I was just curious to know if any one knows where to get good high quality fashionable japanese,asian,spain,and italian (european) wholesale clothing (and shoes)and clothing from independent designers??(websites,emails,magazines,etc.) It would be GRAN if some one knew or maybe list to me independent designers
and also any tips and information on running a boutique would also be PERFECTE
