Photographer wanting to use my lingerie for his shoot:: Advice Please?

Thus far I have done my own photography for limited budget reasons, and now I am face with something I am unsure about as far as what is a fair exchange.

Situation: A photographer/modeling agency wants to use my lingerie for a photo shoot which will be used as images on their websites. They are offering to 3-5 edits for my use and clothing/designer credits on their myspace websites. They don't say where the credits will appear either.

So they want me to send them my lingerie for them to use in their shoot. Should I ask for the lingerie back afterward or let them have it? My lingerie does have a high value compared to most. I don't feel like I should just be giving away my hard work lingerie, although he is a very good photographer: www.myspace.com/phoenixtphoto

I'm not sure if this is a fair exchange. Can anyone help me out here.
