There are a few different ways to go about it. Do you know how to make patterns? Do you sew? If not, you need to find someone who does these things. You'll need to get a real sample going. Once you have tangible samples, patterns, etc., you can start looking into manufacturing. Really, the first step was the easiest. It's a long road from here.
