New collection - How many items would be best ?

Hi All,

I am working on my project of kidswear label, but would like some opinion from experienced people as to how many item should be included in my 1st collection.

So far my thoughts were :

- 1 jacket
- 1 pair of trousers
- 2 dresses
- 1 skirt
- 1 top (but reading on the forum, it says that for every bottom bought, there are 2.5 tops bought)

Fabric : Was thinking of 2 plain + 1 print.

Also, looking at the "ethical" side, I am aiming for ORGANIC + FAIRTRADE fabric.

Would this be enough for the UK market ?

What other accreditations should I be looking for ?
