Hey all, surprised I havent seen anything yet about Natty Shirts on these boards. They recently began advertising really heavily on the Ask Andy forums. A 10+ page thread on Natty Shirts can be found here: http://www.askandyaboutclothes.com/f...0-Natty-Shirts! Well, I have a formal function fast approaching and I was interested in acquiring a covered placket tuxedo shirt like the one Daniel Craig wore in Casino Royale. Well, if anyone has ever tried to look for a similar shirt before you know how hard to find and expensive this style of shirt can be. Browsing the Natty website I discovered a fly front option for their shirts. Their current promotion makes all of their shirts $27.99 (Plus a flat $15 dollar shipping fee for 1 shirt or 20). Having never tried made to measure before I was a bit cautious but decided to try it out anyways.

The process: After selecting the options you would like for your shirt (Collar type, cuff type, placket type, rounded or flat bottom, fused or non-fused collar, pocket type, back type, monograming, etc) you have three options for determining the fit of your shirt. The first option means Natty will sell you a shirt in the standard Neck x length configuration in a loose, regular, or slim fit. A second option is to measure a current shirt and input those measurements (The method I used). Finally, one can measure their body and send in exact measurements. After you have submitted your order Natty guarantees your shirt to be shipped within 7 days. Natty's shirts are made in Pakistan (According to my shipping information). I ordered my shirt on the 9th, it wads shipped on the 16th, and I received it yesterday the 18th. 9 days for a made to measure shirt, not to bad!

While ordering I was unsure of a few of the measurements I was inputting, I simply typed my questions in the support chat box and was greeted, within 2 minutes every time, by an astoundingly helpful and polite customer service representative. Above all else, the customer service is what has impressed me the most about Natty. They have a representative of the Ask Andy forums who relays suggestions from the board to the website design team and days later the changes are made. Someone suggested their should be an option for fused or non fused collars, and two or three days later it was on the website!

The result: Having now had a chance to try on and examine my shirt from Natty I am blown away at what my $27.99 got me. The fabric is very soft (although a little bit sheer, as some on the Ask Andy boards have mentioned), and the fit is spot on. Every measurement I gave them appears to have been followed exactly. I used an Extra Slim fit 1MX shirt and adjusted where I thought the fit could be improved. They're one or two things I would do differently in the future but those are faults of mine, not Natty's.

I will post pictures of the shirt later today or tomorrow, when I get a chance. Thanks for reading!
