Manufacturing in Thailand

I own a small clothing label and am looking to outsourcing manufacturing to Thailand. The plan is to be able to make 10 max of each style and I am wondering if that is possible. I will be over in Thailand for a month and was planning on finding tailors when I am there to produce my range. I'm planning on taking over the majority of the fabric required and hoping to buy some basics over there. Has anyone done this before and have advice for me? Please no SCAMMERS or manufacturers which don't have any solid advice.
