Manufacturers of screen printing on T-shirts

I am looking for a manufacturer(s) who can supply women's t-shirts and screen print my art on them and possibly labeling for my line of t-shirts.

What quality of fabric do you print on and what is the minimum amount of shirts your company will produce? Are you based in the United States? What is the turnaround time for a product? Do you have sample shirts available for viewing? Do you use silkscreening method? Do you charge per color setup?

It can be knitted or woven,likeknits it can be jerseys,ribs,anything.And for wovens too.Minimums could be 250-500pcs.You can do anykind of printing.It's possible here.
1.For sample:10days.
2.Salesman:25days from the day styles are approved with colors/fabrics/trims/artwork/labels
3.I will upload for sample viewing.
4.I will charge as per screen,yes as per the color setup.Multicolor/multi print will be cost more than 2/3 screens print.
5.all kinds of prints are possible here.
