Looking for low-end garment clothing manufacturers

Hi,

I'm keen on starting my own blogshop/clothing line to produce my own casual designs. So I'm looking for a small scale low-end garment clothing manufacturer from South - East Asia to work with. I'm also not looking for a big bulky order but just a small order as I'm just starting it off. I would like someone who can produce sample to end product itself just by my sketch/ pictures & images.
