I'm sorry, but I'm looking for a manufacturer, also. Not sure if it's best to find one in the US or overseas. As soon as I find out, I'll let you know, too.

Do you know anything about trademarking a clothing line? I need help in this part, too. If you trademarked before, please please please tell me the steps you took to accomplish this. I'm trying to start a clothing line, and trademarking and manufacturing is the next hard parts I need to fully understand before doing it.

I think we can both help eachother out! I'm all for helping out other people, because I understand what you're going through!!  8^)

This is what real Networking is all about..being willing to share and pass on information and contacts that may benefit other New and Aspiring Designer.

First I would suggest you read all the other responses to this blog, so that you may pick up bits of information passed on by others. In my opinion, if you are a designer, getting a trademark for your brand is most important. You can do this through a patent attorney. Asking questions is the best way to understanding anything. I have a good patent attorney that will be happy to answer your preliminary questions so that you will know what would be involved in getting a trademark.
