The Fashion Industries Favorite Business Network ...

Hi everybody,

I'm launching a new collection and I have a doubt.

My approach is to create show samples which are pretty much as the pre-production samples, then go to multi-brand stores in London and try to get orders for the pieces created.

If I get orders I'll start the production otherwise back to sketching.

I had thought creating the brand label, care label and price tag only if I'd go into production phase but a guy told me that I have to show the sample to the stockists already with the labels stitched.

At least the brand label and tag.

What do you guys think? Thank you in advanced.

it depends on your marketing strategy, if you ONLY sell your logo/brand then you must add it on the sample, if you take customer logo, then there is no need to be on the sample.

I agree with cmabill, it depends on your strategy to market your brand.

Yes, you need to have that as part of your branding. It's better to show up the label so that it will recognise by the spectators.
