I WANT TO START A WOMEN'S CLOTHING STORE, I NEED A MENTOR HELP!!!

Hello again my name is Shi I need a mentor. I am a college student my major is business administration/ marketing. I have a passion for fashion. I have so many creative ideas bt I need some help. Where do I start. I wake up with this dream of starting a womens apparel store I.go to sleep with the same dream. What should I do? How should I start? I need a team or passionate people who would believe in this drram.
