How to get noticed??

Hey, Im new here and I just want to talk to someone with experience to help! So first question, how do I get noticed to become a fashion designer? How do i start in the fashion world? And how do internships go?? I really just need the basics so I can get out there ya no?? So if anyone can help, don't be shy!!! Go ahead and reply!! thnx chane'
