HOW MUCH SHOULD IT COST?

Can anyone help me?  I want to know how much it USUALLY costs to have one line of women's jeans in three different styles designed, produced and ready for market.  Looking for decent quality and not in a rush.  I don't care where its made.  I'm just looking for a ball park figure.
