How a fashion designers break into boutiques?
Hi my name is Meow, I'm a young designer
I recently launched a small women's clothing business in Thailand (fucusing on Facebook)
My clothing has a Unique feminine style. I would like to know how I can sell to small retailers and boutiques. Do I just show up at their store with samples in hand?
Or is it possible to show them to oversea fashion buyer?

Hi Meow,
I'm also a designer. I would suggest for you to start by making proper "store ready" samples and attend an Apparel Tradeshow where you can show your designs directly to Buyers. You could also attend a Fashion Week that has major press to get your Label Name out there to Retailers & Boutiques.Hope this info helps:)I'm actually attending a Tradeshow in the US in August & it will feature strictly Buyers from major stores around the world.
