How many of the stars have healthier hair!

It’s called The Indian Gooseberry.  Found primarily in India and Nepal,  it contains nearly 20 times as much Vitamin C as the orange making it the most concentrated form of this Vitamin in the plant kingdom.  One of the world’s most powerful antioxidants, the fruit and its oil (Amla or Amalaki) has played an important role in traditional hair and skin formulations and direct use on the body and hair for thousands of years in India.

The Benefits: Promoting healthier hair, stimulating hair growth, nourishing and moisturizing the hair and scalp, supporting and strengthening hair follicles resulting in less thinning of the hair, maintaining youthful and lustrous hair color, and preventing premature graying.

Behind the Berry: Ripening in autumn, the berries are harvested by hand after climbing to upper branches bearing the fruits, followed by a meticulous 21-step process at low heat to maintain potency of the vitamins and minerals as well as the biological intelligence of this remarkable plant.  The traditional ayurvedic processing prepares the fruit for use in formulas for ingestion, folk medicine and daily life.

Available @ the Neil George Salon.  Some of their clients include Hilary Duff, Reese Witherspoon, Ashley Tisdale, Kim Kardashian and Kristin Cavallari.

Week 1-3 Do not use your regular shampoo at all. Just use plain water and massage the crown of your head down to the base of your skull. Towel dry your hair as many days as you can without blow-dryong.

Purchase some apple cider vinegar and baking soda, keep in the bathroom for easy access.

During only 1 day of week # 4 pour a handful of baking soda in your palm and mix with plain water until it becomes a paste. Massage this into your scalp and continue to massage the crown of your head to the base of your skull like you have already been doing. Leave in the baking soda for about 2 minutes. Rinse.

Next pour some apple cider vinegar into your palm and saturated your scalp. Next soak the ends of your hair in the vinegar. Let sit for 2 minutes. Rinse and towel dry.

Continue to use the apple cider vinegar and baking soda only one day per week indefinitly. I suggest using it on a day when your hair feels really greasy or if you are planning a night out and want to feel really fresh.

Not all of them have healthy hair. It's just that they have all the money to have all kinds of hair treatment. Thanks for the article. I enjoyed reading it. Please do share your ideas on LIFO. To generate hair growth and make your hair quality better, use a mixture of coconut oil, fenugreek powder and indian gooseberry juice. Apply this and keep it for an hour. Shampoo your hair and deep condition it later. You will see the difference instantly! Regular use of this infused oil mixture will stop hair fall and improve your hair quality.
