Help need to find good college in US/Canda/UK for post graduate in Fashion design

Hi All,

My sister is fashion designer and working in Delhi-India. She wants to do post graduation course from good college in US.

I am in US right now that's why she asked me to help on this.

It will be great to get your help on following
1. Any good college for post graduation in fashion designing in US/Canda/UK
2. It should be either one/two years of course
3. it will be also be good to know about college who gives scholarship to bright students.

Please help.
