Hi I am an independent buyer of affordable fashion for women for several small stores. I buy primarily in the Los Angeles garment district. I am looking for better designs and more competitive prices. My clieants are trying to compete with the likes of forever 21. I am thinking of traveling to China next year to buy merchandise or possibly have my own designs manufactured. What is your advice?

I think it is better you find some supplier to compare first and discuss more about the price and ask all the question firstly, don't come to china with no prepare.

It is very possible for you to find merchandise and have your own designs manufactured.
