I'm starting some research related to the modeling industry. Does anyone know where I could find statistics related to the industry? For example, I'm looking for the total amount of money advertisers spend on hiring models, photographers...

I conducting some market validation. We developed some software that allows people to search for thing with a certain "look" or feel - something you can't describe with keywords. So Im looking into several potential markets, including the market for models. I'm imagining a place where you could search for faces that have that certain look you are looking for.
