Fair Trade Facilities

Hi- looking for a US or close to California based manufacturer for quality and consistency in production for small quantity limits for upcoming line. Using organic and sustainable fabrics. would like to be fair trade and certifications - still checking on the various certifications. Would like to locally produce line as close to home as possible ( no overseas please) but w/in reasonable cost limits to keep it affordable. thanks!
