Care labels

Hi all, Confused by some of the care instructions i found from labels in Singapore, like Gap Kids, they have slight difference in the way they do for their care labels. Garments made in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh have both symbols and descriptive instructions on the care labels. Furthermore, they have in it in a few different languages like chinese, english, japanese and korean. However, garments made in Vietnam and Indonesia only have descriptive and english is the only language. Are there any reasons behind this? What i'm thinking is shouldn't the care labels be unified since they are all under Gap Kids? Hope to hear from you, professionals, soon.=) Regards, Gary
