Can anyone suggest top fashion schools which provide MBA in fashion management (USA/UK/Europe)?

I am a recent graduate from India . I have done sciences. But i am interested in Fashion , so wish to pursue some management course in Fashion....I wish to become a Brand Manager of a fashion brand 10 years down the line....so what step should i take now? I mean should i work for a while or direclty go for a course....?
