CAD - computer aided design. Program advice?

Hello fellow fashion friends,

I was wondering if any of you can recommend a good CAD program which I can buy and install on my mac? hand drawings are nice and good but I miss having a good computer programm to give it a twist.

Any advice will be much appreciated!
