Anyone work in Fashion?

Sales room floor for Louis Vuitton, or working for their corporate offices? Or Prada? Macys? Nordstroms? Bloomingdales? Any and all fashion related stores/offices, I have a couple of questions for you! I'm doing a research paper for a class at a fashion university and wondering if I could ask you a few questions about your job; what the work environment is like, how management acts, what they expect and how they encourage you to be your best, how do they handle bad/wrong decisions, etc. It would greatly help me (and future fashion students in the world!) if you could help! Thanks so much :)
