Advice needed for clothing designer searching for patternmaker/seamstress partnership

Hello everyone, I've been designing ladies apparel for the past 20+ years, but due to some less than ideal choices I have not acquired the necessary skills to bring my sketches to life. Long story short I need direction in forming a long term partnership with a patternmaker/seamstress. Business partner is stressed, I'm not looking for hired help if that makes any sense. Any advice given will be very appreciated!
