Activewear Manufacturer

I am looking for a manufacturer that can produce a line of children's dance wear. I have my own business now selling custom Dancewear so I know a lot about the business. I want a factory that can take my design to life from paper and that will provide the full services including fit samples. I do have patterns I can base things off of however I want to start over with new patterns. I would love to work with someone in the states but I'm not opposed to working overseas.
