Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) is awesome and offer in-state tuition if you are from or live in NY or NYC. Depending on your concentration, some courses are available online. Also, they offer part-time evening and weekend degree options if you are within commuting distance of NYC. The website is: www.fitnyc.edu. Good luck!!

You can try some on-line fashion schools, there are so many fashion schools available almost anywhere and most are not really that expensive, and many known designers who have created some of the most beautiful down, Dresses and even Church dresses did not really graduate from an expensive fashion schools, they got there because of their hard work.
